I have lost my phone and don't know my password

I have lost my phone and do not know my password in order to login and request a new SIM. I have been unable to do this via any other method so far. If possible please can I be contacted to discuss what I can do to recover my account.

You can pick-up a replacement SIM card from any Currys store @DJeffers. 

For help with your iD account, I suggest contacting the iD Mobile social media customer support team, using facebook (via Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 

The agents work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).
