I have never held an account with you but have received a final demand letter - can you help to solve it. There doesn’t sem to be a number I can call

Sounds like this might be a possible fraud @Nikki Garnett.

iD Mobile are 100% online, and the “Report a fraudulent iD account” article might help here.

Alternatively, contact iD Mobile privately using Facebook Messenger, or by Twitter DM (direct message). The support teams work until 8pm weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
