I need a new sim, but forgot password for my account


Hi,

I have damaged my phone and sim and need a replacement SIM asap. However I have forgotten my password and can’t login to my account to order a new sim. Please help.

Anyway, I guess your options are limited to waiting around for a week until one of the iD Mobile forum staff respond to your post, make contact via Facebook / Twitter, or call in to your local Curry's and pay a fiver and pick up a replacement SIM there and then.
