I need a proof of purchase

I need proof of purchase for my insurance company. The live chat doesn’t support this, I have e mailed the address the live chat gave me, left a complaint and no one gets back to me…please help

Hello @Corinne Price,

The iD Mobile Live Chat service really is the fastest way of getting this sorted.

Make sure you start your chat between 9am - 8pm weekdays or 9am - 6pm weekends.

You should type “talk to a person” once you get connected, to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Chatting in the above time periods means you get through to a real person in iD customer support.

Hi Guys,

I purchased the fantastic S22 ultra and want to claim my buds but Samsung want proof of purchase showing the retailer and device. Can someone kindly sort me out with this?
