I need a replacement SIM card

Can someone please help me, I have tried numerous times to access the Live Chat but keep being told it is too busy - I just want to order a replacement Sim Card?

The quickest way to get a replacement SIM card would be to pick one up from your local Currys store and activate it at the following link;

You can either collect a replacement SIM from your local Curry’s store or we can get one sent out.

You can set up an iD Mobile direct debit via your account or the app.

If you currently have an outstanding payment you’ll need to manually pay that first before you can do this.
