I bought a new phone and contract with you, via carphone warehouse
I cancelled my existing ID account.
I got a PAC.
Your website would not accept my PAC transfer, unable to process.
I've then had to make a new ID account for a phone number I have no intention of keeping.
Now you're stupid system says I can't transfer a number from an account with ID.

WHY NOT LET ME KNOW THAT AT THE START?!?
