ID account still shows temporary number

Hi,

I transferred a number from O2 to ID over a month ago. The transfer went through fine but my ID Account log in shows the temporary number I had, and I’m getting emails from ID daily about crediting my account due to the number port taking longer than usual. 
 

anyone had this issue, or know the best way to show the correct number/stop the daily emails?

Hey @jachandler35,

The number on the iD account would also need to update once the port-in has completed.

This is done automatically.

If it hasn’t updated yet, then the port may no thave gone through fully.

Can you clarify, are you able to call, text and use data fine all also showing your number for both outgoing and incoming.

Yes, everything works fine and my number ported over a few months ago.

Thanks for the info, does the same incorrect number show in the iD Mobile app/website after having logged out and logged back in again?

 

If you’ve been using the app have you tried the website instead? Or visa versa?
