ID haven't full switched me over, what can i do?

I've switched from Three in the last month, but still getting billed because they state ID haven't fully switched me over or done all their tasks in the background. I activated my account and have successfully transferred my number via PAC code. Has anyone else had this issue? 

Tried live chat, but bot couldn't help and advisors too busy.

Hello @Sam Diplock,

Have you managed to submit this? A number can’t partially transfer and be active on both networks so it’s likely that it’s just not processed the port request and needs to be re-submitted or raised.
