id mobile app and account

I recently PAC’d my old number over to ID from Vodafone. When setting up ID. Mobile app it brings up an account with ID mobile that I closed 2 years ago and not the new deal I am on. How do I get to see my new deal?

You’ll need to register you new iD plan using a different email address.

Hi @Jenny H, @andewhite is correct on this one. 

 

What you’ll need to do is register again using the link below. This is because, although you’re a returning customer, you technically have subscribed to a new account with us. This means that your username (being your email address) is already linked to your old account.

 

To register, you’ll need to use an email that you haven’t used to register an account with us previously. This will allow you to look at the details of your new plan. The email that you use for billing won’t change. This will still be set to the one that you’ve subscribed to.
