Received a text message saying an upgrade is being processed on my account then service was completely cut off! Raised to customer service chat who advised ID Mobile was processing an upgrade and had deactivated my existing SIM card! Never asked for any upgrade as only upgraded to current contract in Sep-2023. Upgrade was reversed per customer service but SIM card cannot be used anymore still and was asked to get a replacement card to get back service. Lost access to call / internet for nearly a day, quite frustrating! Does anyone have similar issue?
