ID Mobile Fraud

I’ve recently been a victim of fraud, someone using my details used my name to get a contract on IDMobile, I noticed I’m being charged this direct debt under the name IDMobile  and I’ve never heard of IDMobile until I saw it being charged to my bank account, I don’t know what to do, I’ve emailed IDMobile and they emailed back telling me a need to set a the debit account again.  Not very helpful.

Sorry to hear about your fraud problem @Johnathan F Magalhães.

If you haven’t done so, I recommend reporting this to ActionFraud online.
iD Mobile will ask you for your ActionFraud fraud case reference. 

It could be several days or more before an iD moderator sees your post, so maybe contact the iD social media customer support team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message) for assistance.
