There is an ID mobile plan that seems really convenient, but I am having serious problems by placing my order: ID mobile requires 3 years of UK adress history, and I arrived here just 3 weeks ago. Is this thing mandatory? Would it be possible to have a brand new UK number with them?

Hi, everyone.

There is an ID mobile plan that seems really convenient, but I am having serious problems by placing my order:

ID mobile requires 3 years of UK adress history, and I arrived here just 3 weeks ago. Is this thing mandatory?
Would it be possible to have a brand new UK number with them?

Pay monthly plans require iD Mobile security and credit checks @Giorgio Macaluso, with the latter needing 3-years of UK address history.

New iD pay monthly and iD pay-as-you-go plans come with a new UK mobile number.

We would require 3 years address history for a contract.

However if you don’t have that you can look at our Pay as you go deals.
