ID SIM card not read

Hi all,

I got a new SIM card, however as I put in my phone I got a welcome text.  Made porting request for tomorrow via the ID Mobile’s web form and the SIM card is not read on that phone anymore. But it is being read on other devices. Can someone help?

Okay @solarpower03, you’ve got a new iD SIM card, which works in several devices, but doesn’t work in handset you’re planning to use with new iD SIM card?
