I do not have a contract with ID mobile and someone has set up a direct debit in my married name David, I changed to Lister my maiden name over a year ago. I have contacted my bank to inform them, is there anything else I need to do?

Sorry to hear about your fraud.

Report it to Action Fraud online and then give your case reference number to iD Mobile.

Do that using the iD Live Chat service or by sending a PM to iD via facebook or twitter
