Hello

 

Someone has opened two Tesco mobile accounts in my name and I can see a credit search has also been run against me by ID Mobile. What do I need to do to report this and to check if anything has been opened in my name?

Sorry to hear your details have been used fraudulently.

Messaging in this iD online community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.

It might be quicker for you to PM iD Mobile via facebook or twitter.

Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.

You might need a reference number from Action Fraud online, when you’re speaking to iD Mobile.
