I have been a victim of identity theft and an IDMobile account has been opened in my name.
I reported this to IDMobile on 22 March and again on 2 April with an Action Fraud reference number and was told that nothing could be done until the investigation was complete.
I have now been contacted by a debt collection agency for a debt that isn’t mine. The live chat is not helpful. Several accounts were set up with different providers and IDMobile is the only one who has not resolved this promptly.
