Incorrect colour handset

Hi,

I have just ordered a pay monthly contract and noticed within the confirmation email that it’s not the colour I had selected/chosen.

I am not an ID Mobile customer yet and don’t have a phone number or ID to use for live chat or phone help login.

How do I go about changing the colour of the handset please?

Hello @Giovanna,

You could try calling the support team on ‪020 7xxx xxxx.

Their lines are open Monday-Friday 9am - 7pm, and Saturday 9am - 5.30pm.

Otherwise try sending iD a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter.

On social media, it’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.
