Incorrect Currys voucher amount recieved

Hi, I referred a friend who bought a 24 month contract which should entitle us to a £30 voucher each, however we have only been sent £15 each. 

The terms seem quite clear that they are based on the length of the contract, can someone help get this resolved?

Welcome to the iD Community. 

Did your friend purchase a 24-month Pay Monthly Phone or SIM only plan? 

If it was a 24-month Pay Monthly Phone plan, you should both receive a £30 voucher. If it was a SIM only plan, you’ll get £15 each.

No problem @snjuk,

The SIM only plans are grouped in the offer page so the £30.00 is only for 24-month handset contracts.
