Incorrect details when registering

I am attempting to register an account but I receive a message stating that my details are incorrect. I have double checked that my ID mobile no. is correct as well as my surname and year of birth.

Hi @jamesrossy14,

Can you please advise if you have tried the surname in capital letters when registering and see if that works?
