Incorrect name on direct debit details

I have bought a new phone contract for my teenager, purchased in my name but paid for with their debit card. I’ve just received an email to say my direct debit has been set up, but it includes my name instead of theirs. It says to contact iD Mobile if any of the details are incorrect, but I cannot find a way to do this!!!! Very frustrating.

I’d recommend the iD live chat service, so you can talk customer service online about your direct debit arrangements @shoegal1975 - the iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Start chatting at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (works via a popup window in your browser). 
Type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
