I have recently requested a PAC Code from ID Mobile however, the PAC code I have recieved is invalid and can’t be accepted by my new provider.
Is there anyway this can be resolved?

Have you requested a cancellation after having requested the PAC code?
If so, the cancellation would cancel the PAC code, only either a PAC code or a disconnection request can exist at a time, not both.

Hi!, I haven’t requested a cancellation at all. I’ve just requested the PAC code directly from the my account dashboard yet still have issues as I keep getting that the code is invalid from multiple providers.
