Incorrect time device on Auto set time / automatic time zone

I have a Netgear Nighthawk M5 (MR5200) router.  I have it set to Automatic Time Zone and the time is out by an hour. currently 22:17 at the time of writing and the device time is at 21:17.  I would need to set as manual time zone and set it to UTC(+1) to correct it, however doing so is escalating an existing issue where the device is not registering on the network without the aid of an external antenna.  Still testing if the time is restricting access to the network.  Might try putting my 3 sim in the device and see if the time correct, I seem to remember yesterday when I got the device, the time was correct on 3.
