Please can you tell me why this month's bill is £5 more without any out of inclusive minutes, text or days usage. Thanks

Have you looked through the itemised billing details in your PDF copy of your latest iD Mobile bill @David Lloyd Thomas?

Any out-of-plan charges will appear there, assuming your iD account doesn’t have a £0 bill cap.

Otherwise, your iD contract could be subject to the annual CPI + 3.9% or RPI uplift clause. There are more details online at:

I’d recommend the above from @andewhite, double check the bill itself visible in the emails we send or in the iD Mobile app/website to see what the extra charge might be for.
