Have you looked through the itemised billing details in your PDF copy of your latest iD Mobile bill
Any out-of-plan charges will appear there, assuming your iD account doesn’t have a £0 bill cap.
Otherwise, your iD contract could be subject to the annual CPI + 3.9% or RPI uplift clause. There are more details online at:
