Hi, I have been asked my my phone insurance to contact my network provider for proof of purchase for a stolen iPhone. The only paperwork I have received from Id mobile is direct debit details however my insurance needs a document from you which contains the following
make
model
memory size
colour
IMEI number
please can this be sent to me ASAP?
I know this question has been asked before but I also need these documents for my insurance company. Please can someone help?
