Why can't i make an international call?  What to do?

Hey @Marianna Fodor, you’ll need to ensure that the International feature is enabled on your account. You can do this in the iD Mobile app or via the website.

International calls are charged extra, so if you have a bill cap in place, you’ll need to make sure there’s enough overhead to allow you to make the call.

Then it should just be a case of dialing the number, ensuring you’re adding the international dialing prefix for the country you’re trying to call.
