I’m travelling to Cambodia & Vietnam. I’ve had a look at the roaming information and it just say ID partners on the list I’m not sure what this means. Will I incur roaming charges if I use my phone? TIA

Hey @TrickyB, the inclusive plan allowances for EU roaming do not apply in Cambodia & Vietnam.

If you use your iD SIM card to roam in Cambodia & Vietnam, you will incur roaming charges, unless your account bill cap is set to £0.

For Cambodia:

For Vietnam:

Hi @TrickyB

Using your iD Mobile plan while in Cambodia and Vietnam would incur extra charges as shown above from @andewhite.

Tom

This answered my question about charges, however my id mobile bill cap is set to £0 and because I'm in Vietnam, ID mobile are restricting access to their UK website so I'm unable to change my bill cap, meaning I can't use my mobile in Vietnam to make an important call to unblock my Santander credit card. Seems like the UK doesn't trust anything in Vietnam!!!!

Wish I had known this before I arrived.

Disappointed customer.

Hi @milleniumaire,

Welcome to the Community!

If you have the iD Mobile app you can edit the cap there.

However we can edit the cap for you if you still haven’t been able to change it.

Please let us know and we can help via PM.
