iPhone 13 pro stock

Ordered an iPhone 13 pro on the 18th Feb, supposed to be back in stock yesterday but haven’t heard anything regarding. I’ve already paid the upfront cost and my current phone contract gets cut off in 5 days so worrying now that I’ve been scammed out of money and won't be able to use my phone.

 

Is there any way to get an update on this?

What colour did you order @gedrawson? Everything except Sierra Blue appears to be out-of-stock - asking for this colour might get you a phone soon.

The iD Community isn’t real-time, so it could be several days before somebody from iD Mobile reads your post.

You might find it quicker to get this sorted by sending a PM iD Mobile via their facebook or twitter social media pages, or use their Live Chat service (type “talk to a person” once you get connected to avoid the bot).

It’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM or chat with a real person.
