Just had a letter from “3” telling me my 3toGo contract is changing - I haven’t had a “3” contract in many years (10+ ?) so I’m really confused. They’re changing it to PAYG?
Does this relate to my ID Mobile contract? Can’t see any info on this via the ID app?

The letter you received is nothing to do with iD Mobile and no, iD Mobile isn’t closing.
Weird then as I haven’t been with them for a decade.
