I moved from PlusNet to IDMobile and have a move date of the 12th May. Id like to move that to be earlier as my plusnet contract runs out on the 11th May. Can any oner help or point me i nthe right direction on how to change the date please?

I suspect it’s not possible to change the port date
You can ask directly using the online iD live chat service, or contact the iD customer support team on Facebook or Twitter - privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter direct message.
The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends + bank holidays).

Just for completeness, Ive reached out to IDMobile via Facebook live chat. They’re vey helpful and are going to try and move the port date for me. Although Ive not heard anything since Friday, which to be fair is expected since its a bank holiday weekend.

Indeed, number porting doesn’t happen at weekends and bank holidays on any UK network.
Hopefully iD Mobile can reschedule your port date
