Hi, I want to change my plan. It seems my Direct Debit has been cancelled (a couple of payments bounced I think) I paid all debt on the account. I click on change plan, it says i cant because i have no direct debit set up so i click to set one up but then get a message saying i cant set up a direct debit because I have a balance of £0.00 on the account. Can someone contact me so that I can get a direct debit set up most importantly and then so I can look at what plans I could change to please?
