I ported my number in November 2022 from Vodafone to ID. All working fine until late December when suddenly I can make outgoing calls/SMS but I can't receive any calls/SMS, and no one has been able to fix it. If someone tries to call, it says my number isn't reognised.
Has anyone else had this experience or got any advice?
ID just keep saying there might be a problem with the port and Three as the parent network need to sort it, but now mid February and no resolution in sight. I'm also told I can't leave, as to port away wouldn't work either.
Help!
