issues keeping my old number PAC ERROR

I have seen is a common issue around the community. 
 

I am following the step to step process to keep my old number (PAC, ID number, old number and transaction number) but there is no chance I am getting through it. I have seen some people managed by writing CAPITAL their name. It didn’t work for me

 

any suggestions?

If you’re trying to do this while signed-in to your “My iD Account” online, make sure you’ve completed the  online profile in your iD account. 

You could also get this error if your PAC has been given to iD already @Joele

Otherwise get assistance submitting your PAC by contacting iD privately using Facebook Messenger, or on Twitter using a direct message.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays.

Have you made sure the transaction number you’re using begins with a “4”?

 

Did you submit your PAC number to us during the purchase?

Hi @Tom yes, I submitted my pac on the day of purchase. And yes the transition number I used is starting with 4. Also I can see ,on the confirmation email purchase, that my number will be active from the 17/05. Might be it?

Hi @Joele 

 

If you’ve submitted your PAC on the day of purchase there’s no need to submit it again, your port will take place between 8am and 10pm on the selected date.
