issues with receiving calls


Anyone on the ID mobile network can’t call me it says ‘your server is unable to access this number’ I can make calls to them but not receive them.

No setting had been changed to impact this and all checks have been made that iD mobile suggested and still it doesn’t work

Sounds like a call routing issue, or a problem with your iD account @Lmh95.

You should be able to get assistance by contacting iD Mobile privately through Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

Their customer support agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - good luck.

Been in contact with someone of Facebook since just after I posted this. Still none the wiser to what’s going on, been told test calls were done and no issues but those on iD mobile network still can’t call me

What’s the full postcode of the area you are facing issues in?

When people are ringing me it’s saying invalid number 

This was over a month ago. It got sorted but I never  found out the cause of the issue. This thread can be closed
