I was trying to use live chat but does not work!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you’re having issues on the Live Chat, have you tried a different browser or device?

 

We’d recommend this or possibly clearing the cache of the browser you are using.

This place is a joke  really stressing me out now can’t get anything sorted on this stupid app and no live chat … it’s disgusting how u treat customers 

I have a faulty upgrade and can’t do nothing with it 😡 sick of going round in circles

Yeah @Silverhillrose1, iD help & support can be immensely frustrating - I know from experience.

Try speaking to the iD social media customer support team via facebook (by using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM) - they’re the best option for assistance in my experience.
