it wont let me register an account

Hello,

I put my phone number, surname and date of birth in but it says something is wrong and won't let me create an account even though my details match the details you have of me through email. I have tried using the original phone number my SIM came with as well as the one I transferred over to and it still doesn't work. Please can you help me fix this. I am wanting to upgrade to a phone contract through ID but this is making it difficult.
