Item returned to consignor

The post code on my delivery address was incorrect, DPD were unable to deliver my handset and it now shows as ‘item returned to consignor’. So phone seems to be sent to Currys? 

I’ve corrected the post code on my ID details, but have no contact regarding redelivery and have no contact details to find out what is happening to my new handset.

How do I get my new handset, my new contract has already started.

I’m sorry to hear about this, if the delivery details were incorrect at the time of purchasing this can cause issues in this case, if DPD are unable to deliver a package they’ll send it back to us and this would generally result in the contract being returned and cancelled.
