On social media, it’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.

If the handset’s unlocked, then any replacement SIM from iD Mobile should work perfectly.
In addition, I’d advise you to check the predicted network coverage at the places you use your phone frequently - good luck.
