No support throughout having this SIM card, so never I never activated it! However I have been using the handset with another SIM. Could I receive a replacement SIM card, and use it in the handset?

The quickest way to obtain a replacement SIM is to request one using live chat.

Otherwise try send iD Mobile a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter.
On social media, it’s best to contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can PM with a real person.

If the handset’s unlocked, then any replacement SIM from iD Mobile should work perfectly.
In addition, I’d advise you to check the predicted network coverage at the places you use your phone frequently - good luck.
