I have just received a sim card and put it in my phone and it is not working.  Put another working sim card in it and it works.  Phone says there is no sim.  It's either not activated or not getting activated.  This is just a new account and the account number is ‪13447349‬.  Phone number for the sim is 07886067711.

Posting your personal details in this public forum might lead to identity theft, @Jenni Bunch

If you’re a new customer, then your SIM should’ve been ready to use.
Sounds like you might’ve received a damaged or faulty SIM card.
The below forum article explains how to get a replacement.
