just joined id mobile sim not workin

I have just been sent my id mobile contract sim card and when i pop into the new phone it says there is no sim card . 

I tried it in my old phone ...same result. I have tried all the suggestions on the tutorial but it does not work . 

I cannot open an id mobile account to check the status of the new sim  because it needs a text sent to my phone ( which is not possible because the sim is not working ).

I am also worried as I have requested my old number is moved to the new sim ( via pac code) .can someone please help?

I’m sorry to hear this, it may be worth picking up a replacement SIM card via your local Currys store and activating it at the link below;
