I thought I upgraded my phone but turns out I have bought an entirely new one. I want to keep my old phone number but it is also with ID so it won’t let me use a PAC code.
how do I transfer my old ID number to my new ID contract?

You can't. If you want to keep your old number then you will either have to upgrade or port it out to another network and port it back to your new iD Mobile account.
