I had a contract with id that my grandmother was paying for and now I’ve got a new SIM card that I’m paying for but I want to keep the same number as my other one. I went on the app but it says my requests can’t be submitted. How do I keep the same number?

Unfortunately, at iD Mobile you can’t transfer a mobile number from one iD contract to another iD contract.

As above, internal ports aren’t supported so you’ll only be able to keep the new number.
