Last direct debit was meant to be negative but I haven't received the money

Because IDmobile take payment in advance, when I reached the end of my contract and switched to a sim only contract they owed me money. My monthly billed showed a negative amount and said that the direct debit would happen yesterday, but it hasn’t.

I guess mistakes can happen @javenscroft.

If you need your credit balance in a hurry @javenscroft, use iD live chat online, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM, to expedite your refund. 

Alternatively, hang on here until someone from iD responds to your post - iD staff read forum posts once a day, but sometimes less frequently.
