How do I get in contact with ID about he extreme increase in my bills 
Also my brother is with ID and 2 months into his new contract they have increased his bills by about 11%
I don’t want to sound funny but 2 months into a contract, when price is a key thing in choosing a contract is out of order. 
They get in contact with me or at end of contract we are both leaving ID! 
We have both been with ID for over a decade

Prices of our contracts are going up due to the increases from RPI/CPI rates, these rates are included and agreed to in the terms and conditions for our contracts.
