I asked for a transcript of my live chat yesterday, but still haven't received anything?

 

I need the phone number I was given so I can pay my daughter's bill. It's affecting her college work as she can't get online.

I’d recommend checking your emails (check spam/junk too) for the phone number given on the contract.
