Hello
Having realised that I can’t seem to be able to speak to a human being at iD mobile, I have tried to use the Live Chat function for the last 2 hours - each time I watched the countdown from 61 minutes down to 6 minutes and then the chat window just disappeared! I can’t bear to do it again.
Can someone tell me what’s going on the the chat and how to actually communicate with an advisor? This is maddening and I only joined iD a week and a half ago...
