I’ve had problems from day1. Firstly my sim didn’t arrive. I successfully contacted Live chat and was quite impressed that they got another card to me the following day. However, it’s all downhill from now. The sim won’t work in my Samsung S20 and states unknown number and no service. I’ve been trying all morning to use Live Chat but it isn’t working. If this is the customer service I think I want to cancel the whole thing. I am still in the 14 day cooling period but can’t seem to reach anyone.
Will my local Curry store be able to do anything as I ordered this on the ID website?
