loss of service?

My account was suspended a week ago due to a outstanding balance, I paid the balance immediately and my services have not been given back since… I spoke to someone on live chat yesterday who assured me that they would reactivate my account and it would take place within the hour. It has been over 24 hours and I still have no service. I have been without now for a week dispite being up to date with payments. Please can this be rectified ASAP as I rely on my phone in emergencies as we have no house phone.
