How do i get data roaming working when I have the following error message, "You have lost mobile data because you left your home network with data roaming turned off :
Have you checked the mobile data roaming settings on your handset,
From your post, it sounds like data roaming is OFF on your handset.
Ii is off, you're right
Its a Samsung S10+ I don't know if its a Samsung/Android thing that disables the option if you leave your home country with roaming switched off

Is roaming enabled on your iD Mobile account?
It may be worth resetting your network settings or restarting to see if that gives you the option to enable it.

It may be worth contacting Samsung directly to see if they’re aware of a setting that would stop the enabling/disabling of the mobile data, it’s also worth checking your iD Mobile app/website to ensure everything that needs to be enabled is, however this shouldn’t be stopping the device from accessing the toggle.
