lost mobile number

I took out a contact with iD mobile and used an EE SIM card in the phone. I no longer have access to the SIM card or know the number to it. 
I am unable to log into my account or do anything until I have this and there seems to be no number to call to be able to speak to anyone?

Only online support with iD Mobile - no telephone support.

For assistance try their live chat service, but here’s a few tips:

  1. You can use any telephone number to start a chat.
  2. Once you get connected, type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
  3. The iD agents only work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends and bank holidays.
